Residence -

The SPMI (St. Petro Mohyla Institute) has fully furnished rooms for both male and female students. These rooms are either shared doubles, small singles or large singles. Included in the room rates is the cost of meals. The rates are:

The above rates include: study, bedroom, three meals/day (weekdays), brunch and supper (weekends), and all events. The above rates are determined with the student's budget in mind and are highly competitive with rates charged by similar establishments.

Families with 2 or more students qualify for a 10% discount.

Parking (with plug): $280/year or $40/month.

Parking is limited, stalls are assigned on a first come first served basis with preference given to returning students. Plugs are temperature and time controlled and for block heaters only (no car warmers).
